SOLO Cambodia is a division of Majesty International, a registered nonprofit organization in the United States. References to “SOLO Cambodia,” “we,” “our,” and “us” in these Terms and Conditions include Majesty International.

1. Purpose of Services

SOLO Cambodia provides educational programs, resources, and training materials in first aid, wilderness medicine, snakebite management, and related topics. Our programs are intended for educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical care or emergency services.

  • Instructors and affiliates must be approved by SOLO Cambodia before offering training under our name.

3. Course Registration & Payment

  • Course fees must be paid in full before your registration is confirmed unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are accepted in the methods listed at checkout.
  • Failure to pay in full may result in loss of your registration.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are issued only if the course is canceled by SOLO Cambodia or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future course date, subject to availability.

5. Donations & Products

  • All donations are non‑refundable.
  • When donating toward a specific item, your contribution will be used for that purpose or a similar need if the original item is no longer required.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, website content, and training resources are the property of SOLO Cambodia and/or our partners.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Health & Safety

  • Training activities may involve physical participation. You are responsible for assessing your ability to participate safely.
  • SOLO Cambodia is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during or after training sessions, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SOLO Cambodia provides training for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our materials.
